Shri. Dharmendra Kumar Singh did B.Sc. from Christ Church College, Kanpur, U.P. and LL.B from VSSD College, Kanpur, U.P.

He joined Madhya Pradesh State Judicial Services as Civil Judge (Jr. Division) in 2004. He has worked as Civil judge and Judicial Magistrate First Class and dealt with various kinds of Civil and Criminal cases. He also worked as Special Municipal Corporation Magistrate, Indore and as Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rewa. He has been promoted to Madhya Pradesh State Higher Judicial Services in 2017 and dealt with various kind of Civil and Criminal cases. Mr Singh has presided Special Court dealing with cases related to The Electricity Act and The Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. He also served as Additional Secretary, Madhya Pradesh State Legal Services Authority and did commendable job for social welfare and tribal communities.

He joined as Registrar, National Green Tribunal, Central Zone Bench, Bhopal on 28.02.2025.
